Cue the blaring trumpets! The newest Ex Occultus: Wakefield’s Journal story has arrived! This month: “Jack-in-Irons” Part 1!

This month, we find Wakefield and Hollander in the English countryside going head-to-head with a menacing giant known as Jack-in-Irons.  The official synopsis:

1875. When a crew digging for coal in the English countryside accidentally awakens a mythical giant known as Jack-in-Irons, Wakefield and Hollander are called in to help subdue the ferocious creature. However, the seemingly simple task takes a turn for the worse as the intrepid occultists find themselves using any and all means necessary to stop Jack’s rampage.

The best part about this story, besides the fantastic artwork from Dan MacKinnon? It’s a two-parter!  Stay tuned for the conclusion of this tale to come soon, but in the mean time, check out Part 1 right here,
